I stopped in for dinner as I had just bought a place nearby right down the street. I could probably walk here. I was surprised by a lot of things. It started with the salsa they give you a big basket of chips with salsa. It was delicious and chunky with just the right amount of spice. The fajitas were like none I've ever tried. It was bacon wrapped shrimp fajita with a little Sriracha to kick it up and the margaritas were 3.99 all night.... Winner winner, fajita dinner !! how can you beat that?? I sat at the bar as a solo diner and was taking care of by Jenny who did a wonderful job making sure I had everything I needed for the night. Will definitely be back!
This review is long overdue, I’ve been coming here for many many years. It’s practically my second home. I’m here a little too often but it’s just that good. I’ve tried Mexican restaurants in West Palm, Miami, Orlando, even out of state but nothing ever compares to Rancho Chico in Stuart!! The servers, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere is all perfect! No matter what dish you have it’s all delicious! This place is my favorite & I hope it stays open forever. I LOVE YOU RANCHO CHICO
